MyGratis processes the account, site, log, and support information needed to operate a WordPress multisite hosting service. This can include your email address, site address, login activity, IP addresses, support messages, and technical diagnostics.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide SSL and hosting, investigate errors or abuse, maintain backups, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Your site may collect its own visitor data through WordPress comments, forms, analytics, embeds, cookies, or plugins you choose to use. You are responsible for explaining those choices to your visitors when required.

You can request help with account access, exports, or deletion through support. Some backup, security, abuse-prevention, and legal records may be retained for a limited period when needed to operate and protect the service.
