MyGratis monitors the shared WordPress platform, database health, backups, and support systems. When a platform-wide incident is known, this page is the public place to explain the current impact and recovery path.

If your own site is unavailable while the main platform is reachable, check recent theme, plugin, DNS, and domain changes first, then contact support with the affected URL and timestamp.

Uptime is operated on a best-effort basis for the free shared service. Maintenance, abuse mitigation, security response, and upstream provider issues may affect availability.
