MyGratis provides community-minded support for the core hosting service: account access, site availability, SSL, backups, exports, and questions about using standard WordPress tools on this network.

Start with the support chat when it is available, or use the support form linked from your account area. Include the site address, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any recent changes you made.

We prioritise security issues, site outages, broken sign-in, backup/export problems, and abuse reports. General WordPress how-to questions are answered as capacity allows and may be redirected to WordPress documentation when the answer is not specific to MyGratis.

Escalation path: support chat or form first, technical review for platform issues, then administrator review for abuse, privacy, account ownership, or data-export concerns.
