By using MyGratis, you agree to use the service lawfully, respect the fair-use policy, and avoid content or behaviour that harms other users, the platform, or the public internet.
You own or are responsible for the content you publish. You must have the rights needed for text, images, files, trademarks, and personal data placed on your site.
Spam, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, and attempts to bypass security controls are not allowed. We may remove content, limit access, suspend sites, or preserve evidence when required to protect users and the service.
Domain registration, renewal, DNS accuracy, and third-party domain fees are your responsibility. If a domain expires, is misconfigured, or is reclaimed by a registrar, MyGratis cannot guarantee continued access through that domain.
The service is provided as a free shared hosting platform. Features may change when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
